A lot of people are feeling a bit bummed about the shelter-in-place and social distancing orders that we are all facing. People miss going outside, seeing friends, hitting the gym, even going to the office. Some aren't feeling joyful, connected, or peaceful. They're anxious, worried, and all their plans have halted, dead in their tracks.

Maybe you feel that way.

And that's OK. But I want to encourage you: you don't have to be ruled by those feelings. You can take control of your life, sharpen your focus, and act. Soon, you won't  just be "getting by" in the wake of Coronavirus. You'll be thriving because of it.
