All products come with free shipping, unless otherwise stated on the product page, and have an expected delivered of approximately 1-5 weeks, depending on the product. Each product identifies the expected shipping cost and delivery timeframe within the product details. You will receive a confirmation email at the time that you place your order, and at the time that it ships. Yugenite products are only shipped within the United States.

Yugenite is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
